What We Collect

• Apple ID user identifier (no real name): used to recognize the same user across devices
• Optional email: collected only when you choose to share it via Apple Sign-In
• On-device data: mock email data, AI summaries, reply templates, and your email-style preference
• Subscription status: synced via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store

What We Don’t Collect

• We don’t collect your real name (unless you choose to share it during Apple Sign-In)
• We don’t collect precise location, contacts, call logs, or photo library
• We don’t use third-party advertising SDKs
• We don’t read your clipboard (we only write to it — when you copy an AI-generated reply template, triggered by you)
• We don’t connect to your real mailbox (v1 only shows built-in mock data)

Data Storage

Email data, AI summaries, and reply templates are stored only on your device by default (a local SQLite database). You can use the app without signing in. If you do sign in with Apple, we only use its anonymous identifier to associate your subscription status.

AI Processing

Only when you tap “Generate AI summary” or “One-tap reply template” are the relevant email subject, sender, and a truncated body fragment sent over an encrypted channel to the AI gateway for that one real-time generation. This data is not used for model training, session-level request logs are retained for no more than 30 days, and the AI gateway does not persist your email bodies. Generated results are stored in your device’s local SQLite database. We do not send your real name, Apple ID, or location to AI model providers. See the in-app “AI Disclosure” page for details.

Third-Party Services

• Apple App Store / StoreKit: handles subscriptions and payments
• RevenueCat: aggregates subscription status
• AI gateway (newapi.zweiteng.tk): generates email summaries and reply templates from your input in real time; session logs retained ≤ 30 days, email bodies not retained

Your Rights

• View data: all data is shown inside the app
• Export: not supported yet; coming in a future version
• Delete: clear all on-device data in one tap via “Settings → Delete account & data” (irreversible)
• Withdraw consent: deleting your account is treated as withdrawing all consent

Children’s Privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you discover that a child is using the app, please contact us to request deletion of the related data.
