Frequently asked

1. How many times can I use the free tier per day?

The free tier generates 3 AI email summaries and 3 one-tap reply templates per day — enough to experience the full loop. Once you hit the daily limit, an upgrade prompt appears; upgrade to Pro for unlimited use.

2. Does EmailNurse connect to my real mailbox?

The current version does not connect to any real mailbox. The app shows 5 built-in mock demo emails, and you can also paste your own email body in to generate a summary and template. Email bodies stay 100% in your device's local SQLite — never uploaded to the cloud, and no email password or token is required.

3. Does EmailNurse send emails for me?

No. EmailNurse only drafts reply templates and copies them to your clipboard. Every send happens in your own mail client, after you paste and confirm.

4. How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro stays usable until then. Cancel during the yearly plan's 7-day free trial and you won't be charged.

5. Can I request a refund?

iOS: file a refund request at reportaproblem.apple.com. We honor Apple's refund rules and do not charge separately.

6. How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account & data to clear all local email data, AI summaries, and reply templates in one tap. This action cannot be undone.
